RegCure Registry Cleaner is a software tool that is designed to fix computers errors.

Review:
Do you remember that moment when you brought home your shiny new PC, and eagerly unpacked it from its box?

Do you remember the sense of amazement you felt when you first booted it up, and saw just how fast your new computer was?

Did you marvel at how incredibly smoothly whole thing seemed to run?

You knew that your computer wouldn't stay that fast, you knew that your machine would eventually start slowing down.

Have you ever stopped to wonder why this happens to every PC? It doesn't matter what processor it is running, the speed that processor is supposed to run at or the size of the memory, every computer will eventually slow down to a crawl.

If your PC is running a variant of Microsoft's Windows operating system, then I am sorry to tell you that all of your problems are your own fault!

You and your PC are just not a very good couple, and the chances are that, no matter how hard you try and whatever efforts you make, you will never ever be able to keep Windows 100% happy!

See, at the core of the Windows operating system is what is known as the 'registry' system, which is basically a collection of all of the individual sub-programs that together make up the Windows operating system.

Each of these sub-programs forms part of your system32 directory and without the system32 directory, Windows does not and cannot run properly.

In fact, in the worst case scenario, it will not run at all!

So, you do need to know at least a little about what keeps your PC running and such mysterious notions as your system32 directory, the underlying '.dll's (the system32 support files) and the errors that might stop all of these components from doing what they were built to do.

So, why do errors occur in the first place?

The most common cause is installing and then uninstalling new software programs.

Every time this happens, the new program being installed will change your Windows registry in some way, otherwise, it could not run.

But, when you then uninstall it, the registry will probably not be returned to exactly the same state as before.

Maybe the new program (program 'A') installed a new .dll that overwrote an existing .dll used by program 'B'.

Uninstalling 'A' takes the .dll file away as well, so program 'B' now finds no .dll to use!

Hence, program 'B' can no longer run.

Thus, the easiest error prevention measure would be to avoid installing and uninstalling program's completely, but that's obviously not a realistic option for most of us!

However, you can be more selective of what you install and uninstall, particularly if the PC is your main place of work, for example.

Unless you know that you really need it, or exactly what it does, don't install it!

Another thing you can do is, be extra vigilant when actually uninstalling.

Have you ever noticed a message telling you that the uninstall you are about to attempt will remove XYZ.dll? Then, it asked you whether to proceed?

I don't know about you, but there was a time in my earlier, more naïve day when I always assumed that the PC 'knew' what it was doing, and let it get on with it!

Big mistake!

The PC does NOT know what it is doing, otherwise, why is it asking you?

If it tells you that it is about to uninstall anything, find out what 'anything' does before giving the machine the okay! (check out Microsoft's site, or run a search on Google or Yahoo for an answer).

Having said all of this, it is almost certain that you will get registry problems at some point, now or in the future. It's as inevitable as night following day.

If your machine suddenly becomes very slow or parts of Windows no longer work correctly, then you have a problem, even if you have no idea where it came from.

The first thing to do is to investigate whether it is a registry problem and by far the best and quickest way of doing this is to run an online registry scan.

There are several commercial registry cleaner programs on the market that will do this for you, including the award winning RegCure from Pareto Logic.

All such programs run deep-system Windows scans entirely free and then claim that they tell you all the existing and potential problems that they have found lurking deep within your machine.

Be wary. Note the use of the word 'claim' in the last paragraph.

By definition, all of these programs work deep inside the operating system of your PC, at a level that few of us are technologically savvy enough to be able to understand.

If the program tells you that it has found 100 registry errors or 500, you have little choice but to believe it.

But, just because program 'A' finds 100 errors whilst 'B' finds 500 does not mean that 'B' has done a better job. It could mean that the 'B' programmer is perhaps a little more cunning, and has set his program to find 'phantom' errors that do not really exist!

Find out by running a scan, get your resultant 'error number', reboot the PC, wait a while and then scan again. If the results are noticeably different, then you might be seeing 'phantom' results.

RegCure is by far the most reliable of the registry cleaner programs that I have tested, which is why it is consistently the most popular cleaner program on the market.

RegCure always produces remarkably consistent results in the number of errors found, so that's a big 'plus'.

It is quick, but efficient.

In other words, it would be very easy for a program to run a quick test if it is not 'digging deep' into the system. This is not a problem that RegCure seems to suffer from.

Furthermore, of all the registry cleaners I have tried at one time or another, I notice a bigger difference after using RegCure than any other program.

It simply seems capable of removing far more junk and clutter from my machine than other similar programs, and consequently, the improved performance is much more noticeable once the 'clean-up' has taken place.

But, more important than any of these, there is one aspect of all registry cleaners that you must, absolutely must, be both aware, and wary, of.

You must know how safely the registry cleaner that you are using will be if it tries to fix your machine.

Understand that not all such programs are the same, and that the results of using the wrong registry cleaner could be disastrous.

Your already know that the registry is the heart of your PC, and that, if it goes seriously wrong, you might end up having to shell out for a replacement PC.

Poor quality registry cleaners can and will destroy the registry system in the most extreme (but not that rare) of cases.

WHAT?? The cleaner can cause this to happen?

Absolutely it can, if it is not able to 'see' the difference between the files that are system critical that might contain errors, and those that are not.

If it does not recognize that a particular file is critical, it may remove it completely, rather than attempting to fix the errors in that file.

You obviously do not want system critical files removing, but that is what some commercial registry cleaners will do, because they cannot recognize this difference!

Unless you know exactly what is happening, your registry can actually be destroyed, rather than repaired, by some cleaner programs.

How scary is that?

RegCure has been around a long time and millions of people use it, so this is clearly not an issue with such a well established product (and my own experience backs this up).

In other words, it does the job properly and safely.

Otherwise, it would have been off the market years ago.

Effectively, worldwide millions have already done the product testing of RegCure for you, and found that it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I am delighted (and relieved) to tell you that my testing has always shown exactly the same.

Conclusion:
There is nothing remotely glamorous or even interesting about a program that cleans and repairs the registry of your Windows operating system.

You cannot see what it is doing when it is doing its job, and, in all probability, you will not really understand exactly what it is telling you once it posts the results.

You are, by definition, taking it on trust that it is cleaning out as much junk as it can, without removing anything that is system critical.

Millions of people use RegCure every day, and it is safe to use.

My testing of RegCure is that it does seem to do a better job of speeding up my system than any other comparable program.

So, it’s safe and it works.

You will only ever need one program to keep your Windows registry in top class condition.

I would recommend that the program you choose should be RegCure
